1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags/labels.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item/size/color).
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads, custom-made products, and final sale/clearance items (unless defective).
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact us at support@urbanelement.bestwith your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: If approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.
Step 3: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days (timing depends on your bank/payment provider).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:
Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care.
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective).
Return shipping costs (unless we sent the wrong item).
